It is in solid, good used condition. This does not have the tank or burner components. I'm not sure about the history of the Scenic Decor on the exterior. The approximate age of the heater is approximately in the late 1930s when perfection changed to the 525M model numbers with triangular decal.
Really nice early to mid century look!
