    This is a special book put out by the Franklin Philatelic Society of over 85 countries from the first day they issued commemorative stamps in honor of America's bicentennial in 1976. Each country is well preserved in a plastic sleeve and comes with their own certificate of authenticity. A few had become loose over the years and are without sleeves but are still included in the book. I'm looking to sell this quick so open to all offers. Free shipping within continental U.S.
