Returns
DEFECTIVE ITEM REFUNDS
If an item purchased by the consumer is defective, damaged, or materially different than what wasordered, then it is the consumer’s responsibility to notify GlobeTrans within 14 days of receiving theshipment in order to qualify for a replacement or a refund. If the consumer does not notify GlobeTranswithin 14 days of receiving the shipment of the problem, then it is up to GlobeTrans discretionwhetheror not a return will be authorized. Upon notification, the consumer will receive a ReturnAuthorizationNumber or will be asked to supply a picture of the product and the packaging. The item must bereturnedto the seller in the same condition received. The return package must be postmarked within 30 days oftheoriginal receipt date. a refund will be processed within 5 days upon receipt of the returned package.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES:
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverablepackage to us, you will be issued a refund.
RESTOCKING FEE:
For the return of a defective, damaged, or materially different item, GlobeTrans will bear the cost ofall shipping charges incurred to the consumer as well as provide return labels to the consumer (ifapplicable), and no restocking fee will be charged. If an item is not defective, the consumer isresponsible for the cost to ship the item back to GlobeTrans. Please note that eBay may automaticallydeduct a restocking fee up to 20% from the original order amount. Once a return has been requested,theconsumer will receive a Return Authorization Number. The item must be returned to the seller in thesamecondition received. Please note that GlobeTrans will only accept returns of items in unused, resalablecondition.The return package must be postmarked within 30 days of the original receipt date. Therefundwill be processed within 9 days upon receipt of the returned package.
