Cast Iron Wood Stove 12" ORNATE Antique TOP* FINIAL* Pot Belly Stove

Description

Offered for auction is an old cast iron wood stove top part/ finial.  It stands approx. 12" tall and the bottom diameter excluding the "foot" is 10 1/8".
It appears to me the bottom "foot thing" would have fit into a hole on the lower part of the wood stove to keep it in place.  I am guessing.
There are two imperfections:  one is an indent in the cast iron that you can see in the last picture.  The other is a broken piece that you can see in pics 7-9.  On one side half of the knob is broken off above the loop.  Took me awhile to notice it.
This is numbered on the bottom, but I have no idea what brand stove this came from.
Neat stand- alone item or even better if you have the stove.
