or Antque as it is possibly 100 years old
This was my parents stove,
who they got from my grandparents.
If my
grandparents got it new,
it should be 100 years old in 2030,
if they
got it used it is much older.
We are downsizing getting ready to move,
and I got it from my parents,
but never used it after I got it,
although prior to removing it from my parents home,
my wife fixed
dinner on it.
yes it is a Wedgewood
on the right is the oven,
on the left is two drawers
and on the left top, the section
lifts up to expose the (4) burners
Yes this came from a time prior to when they started making stoves white,
although not white,
it is porcelain and does have some chips as you can see
in the picture.
I greatly appreciate what comments I have received, an pictures of ones that are being sold for upwards of 00,
but the 00 stoves are not the same, and look to have been repainted. This one has its original paint, and some chips.
The reason I believe that my grandparents got this in 1930, is that as best as I can figure, or remember from things I've been told, is that is when my grandparents moved into a home that granddad built, and when they moved in they purchased furniture, and I believe got this stove, just don't know if they got it new or used.
Although this is not new,
it is in good condition
