    SET OF 7 CHUMPI STONES OR CHAKRA STONES
    With Andean Trilogy Carving in High Relief
    This is a set of 7 Chumpi stones, they are hand-carved by a Shaman in the Andean village near Cusco. Each point represents a sacred mountain of the valley of Cusco and is connected with them, these stones carry energy. The three rings around each Apu represent the three worlds of existence; upper, middle, and lower. Chumpi stones have been used in ceremonies for centuries. The features in the stones are; Condor, Andean puma, Serpent, and chacana. These features were considered Sacred items during the Inca Culture, they are symbolic representatives of the three levels; The Condor represents The Upper World of the Gods "Hanan Pacha"God of peace, the serpent represents the lower or underworld " Uqhu Pacha-Pachamama" Mother earth - God of fertility, the Puma represents the middle world of humans, called "Kay Pacha" which represents power, and the Chacana represents the Inca cross. These stones were part of a sacred healing ceremony, the stones' carvings are in high relief.
