HANGING TIPS You’ll need AT LEAST 12-15 feet of distance between trees or posts. The ideal height from the ground to your hammock is around 18 inches. Imagine the height of an average chair. Perfect height to sit in your hammock or to swing your legs carefully around for laying position. Aim to have the straps at a 30-degree angle from the tree or post. This distributes the best amount of force. Keeping the angle in mind. You can adjust the height of your hammock on the tree or post. As a minimum we suggest securing the straps at least 48 inches up the tree. Then with the multiple loops on the strap you have many options to clip the carabiners into the perfect hanging position.
